HOW TO TRADE FOREX WITH BOLLINGER PERCENT B(%b) TECHNICAL INDICATOR

Bollinger Percent B technical indicator is just another version of Bollinger Band technical indicator. A Bollinger Percent B moves like an oscillator. Bollinger Percent B indicates the position of the price on the Bollinger Band, but in different way. 

When the Bollinger Percent B is at 100% level, it means the price is at upper Bollinger Band.

When the Bollinger Percent B is at 50% level, it means the price is at middle Bollinger Band.

When the Bollinger Percent B is at 0% level, it means the price is at lower Bollinger Band.

When the Bollinger Percent B is at 125% level, it means the price is at 25% higher than the upper Bollinger Band.

When the Bollinger Percent B is at -25% level, it means the price is 25% lower than the lower Bollinger Band.

The trading technique with this indicator is simple. The trend is assumed to be within the Bands. So, if the price is at 100% level or upper, a sell order can be placed. And if the price is at 0% level or lower, a buy order can be placed.
